At our page, we ensure your satisfaction with the high quality of our lenses. Please note that we do not offer refunds. However, if you receive the wrong shade or a damaged item, we will gladly arrange an exchange.

For any complaints, please contact us along with clear pictures of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for exchange.

If you are requesting an exchange, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
