By using our website and placing an order, you agree to our Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information (Eyewear)

We strive to display our eyewear products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, design, or finish may occur due to lighting conditions, screen settings, or manufacturing differences.

3. Prescription Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing correct and complete prescription details. We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete prescription information submitted by the customer.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in PKR and may change without prior notice. Orders will only be processed after full payment confirmation in the case of online payments.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review all order details carefully before placing your order.

Customers are requested to provide accurate address and contact details to avoid any inconvenience or delivery delays.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery times vary depending on location and courier services. Delays may occur due to environmental conditions (fog, rain, etc.) or incorrect delivery details.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • An incorrect item is delivered
  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

❌ No refunds are offered under any circumstances.

All return or exchange requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photo or video evidence.

8. Care Instructions (Contact Lenses)

Proper lens care requires daily cleaning with approved solutions using the rub and rinse method. Never use tap water on lenses. Always wash and dry your hands thoroughly before handling contact lenses.

  • Handle with Care: Wash hands with soap and dry with a lint-free towel before touching lenses.
  • Clean Daily: Rub lenses gently with clean fingers and rinse with fresh solution.
  • Use Proper Solution: Use only sterile multipurpose solution; never reuse old solution.
  • Storage Case Maintenance: Clean the case daily, air dry it, and replace it every 3 months.
  • Avoid Contamination: Do not sleep in lenses or wear them while swimming or showering.
  • Makeup Routine: Insert lenses before applying makeup to prevent contamination.
